Job Objective: As a Sales/Account Manager, s/he will be responsible for conducting sales and promotion of the company’s product and services portfolio to the retail, f&b, healthcare and financial industries, within a designated area or territory. As such, s/he is expected to:
- achieve projected sales targets and work out effective marketing and sales strategies to expand and grow the business within the designated area or territory;
- identify sales prospects, prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts;
- develop product knowledge and selling skills that will be used in all levels on the sales process from prospecting, qualifying, solutions presentation, negotiation and implementation;
- establish and maintain current and potential client relationships; and
- process and address customer feedback, concerns and complaints, as well as competitors’ activity, for the company to adapt and respond to the needs of the market by brick-walling and increasing the product mix within an existing customer. Additionally s/he will use pertinent market data and insights to gain new clients by product conversions or shifting.
