The purpose of the Data Analyst/Data Management Officer role is to accurately support Fin365 with the delivery of data migration, revenue management, content and customer support to support the overall delivery of the Fin365 platform to clients.
What are the proficiencies expected of me?- At least 1 year of experience as a data analyst
- Experience in data base management/integration
- Experience in SQL, MS Access is a plus!
- Expert skill level in MS Excel (EXCEL ninja!) including experience in Index Matching
- Strong Mathematical and numeracy skills
- Excellent analytical skills and inclination for problem solving
- Proficient skill level in: MS Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Degree qualified: BS Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent
- Accurate data migration
- Accurate revenue management input
- Perform analysis to assess integrity of data transfer
- Prepare business intelligence reports from CRM
- Creation and development of customised coded template documents
- Creation and development of customised workflows
- Support queries to be managed and completed utilizing the Fin365 ticketing system
- Respond to Customer support queries- T1
- Escalate Tier 2 and 3 support requests to senior support/product team and see through to completion
- Contributions to customer support infrastructure such as but not limited to creation of content
