The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Remote Transport Coordinator to join our logistics and customer delivery team. You will play a central role in ensuring that orders are processed accurately and delivered on time across the UK.
This is a remote, full-time position for candidates based in the Philippines, working UK hours (8:00am–4:30pm GMT), with extended hours expected during peak periods.

Job Responsibilities
As a Remote Transport Coordinator, you will:
- Differentiate between orders sent by in-house delivery and external couriers
- Process dispatches for all departments and couriers (CSV upload and manual entry)
- Call all customers scheduled for delivery to confirm times and provide updates
- Build strong relationships with couriers, drivers, and internal teams
- Relay delivery information to customers and manage queries professionally
- Process courier claims and resolve all delivery-related tickets
- Maintain an organised “To Process” order status and flag delivery issues promptly
- Carry out ad hoc tasks to support the wider operations team when required
Requirements
✅ Proven experience working with UK-based logistics and customers✅ Experience processing courier orders (bulk CSV uploads & manual entry)
✅ Strong route planning ability (Circuit or similar tools)
✅ Excellent communication skills – especially via phone and email
✅ Fluent spoken and written English
✅ Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
✅ Comfortable making outbound calls and handling delivery issues directly
✅ Skilled in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office apps
✅ Tech-savvy and confident using new systems and platforms
✅ Able to work UK business hours consistently from the Philippines
✅ Prior logistics, courier liaison or dispatch experience essential
- Working Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm UK time (BST/GMT), Monday to Friday. Flexibility required during peak trading periods.
