Cartage / Transport Co-ordinator - Freight Forwarding Australia - Manila

We are an Australian freight forwarder, with a global network of offices, offering sea, air, rail and road transport solutions. We have an exciting office based work opportunity in our growing Philippines team. As the successful candidate, you will co-ordinate collections and delivery of imports into Australia, Air, LCL and FCL with third party transport operators.
As well you will be involved in organising AQIS inspections and releases.
You are required to have at least 2 years experience in transport co-ordination - specifically experience in Import Sea freight / Airfreight processes into Australia.
KEY ROLE REQUIREMENTS- Co-ordinate FCL/Air/LCL sea Import deliveries into Australia.
- Track availability of import containers, send out EDO to transport companies.
- Fulfil shipment requests while ensuring the service level agreement is met.
- Chase and update outturn field in system and ensure that every outturn report is sent on time for booking and delivery to avoid storage costs at Customer Freight Station (CFS) depots.
- Monitor and chase every invoice, co-loader invoice, delivery order, and outturn report document before the ETA to avoid discrepancies in the job before it arrives.
- Check all shipment details in the documents provided by the shipping line and clarify discrepancies or mismatched details before uploading to also avoid errors.
- Chasing EDO, check and upload in e-docs in CW once received.
- Chasing, analysing and posting Cartage Invoices.
- Be proficient in the managing and tracking this work in Cargo-Wise One
