Key Responsibilities:

• Civil & Structural Technical Approval: Review and approve civil and structural designs (e.g., foundation plans, tower installations, rooftop reinforcements) to ensure compliance with engineering standards, building codes, and safety requirements for new and upgraded equipment.
• Site Configuration & Feasibility Review: Analyze site layouts and existing infrastructure against proposed plans to identify potential civil and structural constraints, ensuring optimal and compliant site configurations.
• Materials & Resource Planning: Oversee the planning and allocation of civil and structural materials (e.g., concrete, rebar, mounts, poles) to ensure efficient project execution and resource management.
• Deployment Governance: Participate actively in project Go/No-Go decisions by verifying that all civil and structural preparations are complete and adhere to safety and engineering specifications.
• Field Quality Assurance & Compliance: Monitor and audit civil works and structural installations on-site to ensure strict adherence to approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and review civil engineering documentation, site layout plans, and compliance reports.

Functional Competencies:

• Strong expertise in civil engineering principles applied to telecommunication infrastructure (foundations, earthworks, site access, structural supports).
• Ability to interpret and prepare civil engineering drawings and comprehensive site layout plans.
• Proficiency in project planning and resource management related to civil works.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Licensure (e.g., Licensed Civil Engineer) is strictly required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in civil engineering planning, design review, or project execution, specifically within the telecommunications industry (Towers, Monopoles, and Rooftop sites) or related infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record in reviewing and approving civil and structural designs for large-scale infrastructure deployment.
• Experience in project planning, material management, and quality assurance for civil works.

Technical Skills & Competencies:

• Civil & Structural Design Review: Advanced ability to review and assess civil engineering designs, including foundations, access roads, site grading, and structural elements for telecommunication sites.
• Engineering Documentation: Expertise in interpreting and creating civil/structural blueprints, Site Layout Plans (SLP), and engineering specifications.
• Project Planning & Logistics: Skilled in planning civil works, managing material logistics, and ensuring resource availability for infrastructure projects.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with civil engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and project management tools like ServiceNow.
• Quality & Compliance: Experience in field quality control, conducting audits, and ensuring installations meet approved civil and structural designs and regulatory requirements.
