WORK LOCATION: Door 4, Plaza De Tavera Building, J. Camus Extension, Barangay 9-A, Poblacion District, Davao City
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress to meet timelines and deliverables
- Prepare project reports, cost estimates, and maintain accurate documentation
- Manage manpower, assign tasks, and ensure site safety and compliance
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project requirements
- Ensure quality control, handle project documentation, and implement corrective actions
- Provide technical support during site visits and assist in resolving project issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree graduate
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Can handle multiple projects
- Can handle and supervise manpower
- Willing to travel for multiple project
