TSG Specialist, Formula Compliance - Monde Nissin

What you'll do:

As a TSG Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring all products meet all applicable regulatory standards and guidelines by reviewing formula, product specifications and documentation, identifying potential compliance risks and necessary corrective actions to maintain food safety and quality throughout the new product development cycle.

• Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs on the latest food safety regulations at local, national, and international levels, including updates and interpretations to ensure compliance of all new and existing products.
• Manages R&D Product Databases (TraceGains, Sharepoint)
• Develop and maintain procedures and collaborates with NPD Specialists for all product documentation requirements.
• Coordinates with NPD Specialists, Regulatory Affairs Department, QA and Production Department on the product documentation requirements
