Location: Angeles (Pampanga), Mabalacat, Ortigas, Makati, Cebu, Davao, Bacolod
Schedule: Morning Shift
Job Description:
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
- Cisco Meraki networking devices
- Microsoft Exchange (on-prem and online)
- Microsoft 365 Admin Portal
- Windows Server environments
- Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)
- Zscaler cloud security platform
- Mimecast email security and archiving
- IT Audit and PM tasks.
- Daily checks of the Infra environment.
- Manage and resolve business escalations with professionalism and urgency.
- Collaborate with Tier 3 teams and vendors for complex issue resolution.
- Monitor and manage ticket queues, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base.
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes and access management.
- Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in a Tier 1 and 2 support or similar technical role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across networking, email, and system administration.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and escalations.
- Experience with ticketing systems (ManageEngine is an added advantage).
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
- ITIL V4 foundation is added advantage.
Non-negotiable skills and requirements:
- 2 or more years of experience in a relevant role.
- Handling international user experience.
