The Role
We are a US-based roof measurement company seeking an Operations Manager to join our startup team. This is a critical leadership role responsible for synchronization between our Drafting and Quality Assurance teams. As we scale, you will further optimize the systems that keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the end-to-end production cycle, managing the hand-off between Drafting and QA to ensure speed and precision.
- Become an expert in our proprietary AI software to provide high-level technical guidance and maintain quality benchmarks.
- Lead recruitment efforts to identify and hire drafting and QA talent.
- Refine and scale operational systems to handle increasing volume during this period of intense company growth.
- Deep Technical Proficiency: Proven experience in roof measurements, CAD, architectural drafting, or technical design.
- English Proficiency: Native-level English (written and verbal) is required for direct collaboration with US leadership.
- Infrastructure: A dedicated office space with a newer computer, super-reliable, high-speed internet connection, and a secondary backup solution (ISP and Power) is mandatory.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years experience managing high-volume operations and teams.
Work Schedule
This position is 100% remote and offers some flexibility. Partial overlap with US Pacific time is required.
