Operations manager
Kasama Hospitality Group is looking for a disciplined and service-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily service execution, team coordination, quality control, reporting, and operational consistency within our premium cleaning and hospitality operations.
Location: Bayani Road, Taguig.Work Arrangement: In office. This is not a remote position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday. Occasional weekends. Flexibility required based on operational requirements.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 -3 years-experience in operations management, hospitality, housekeeping, facilities, or premium service environments.
This role requires strong leadership, organization, problem-solving, accountability, and the ability to manage teams professionally.
Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft 365 and able to prepare clear reports, updates, schedules, and operational documentation.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent relevant experience may be considered. Experience in hotels, luxury service, residential services, or facilities operations is an advantage.
