Job Description

SITE LOCATION: West Aeropark, Clark Global City, Pampanga

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Conduct regular inspections of building machinery and equipment; report any issues to the immediate superior.
• Respond to tenant concerns and service requests promptly, providing appropriate actions or recommendations.
• Perform tasks in accordance with established processes, policies, and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements, including environmental, health and safety, and fire protection.
• Conduct regular monitoring, preventive, and corrective maintenance of facility systems to ensure operational uptime and asset integrity.
• Operate and monitor mechanical, electrical, and other facility systems through routine walkthroughs.
• Manage the entire work order process from dispatch to completion, recording outcomes in the maintenance system and ensuring service standards are met.
• Support implementation of preventive maintenance programs, identify deficiencies, escalate as needed, and maintain relevant documentation.
• Provide observations and suggestions for the improvement of facility equipment and system performance.
• Ensure health and safety equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers, FDAS, emergency lights) is operational and up to date.
• Report any incidents within the property to the immediate superior.
• Maintain good client and tenant relations through professional service delivery.
• Participate in facility-related projects and assist with tasks as assigned.
• Follow all corporate and legal guidelines related to safety, environment, and fire protection.
• Maintain assigned tools and coordinate for repair or replacement as needed.
• Propose improvements to maintenance and technical processes for better service delivery.
• Actively participate in company trainings, meetings, seminars, and other corporate activities.

Qualifications/Requirements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least a vocational diploma/short course certificate or a bachelor’s/college degree.
• At least 1 year of experience as an employee specialized in Maintenance and repair in building and facilities management.
• Willing to work on-site in Clark, Pampanga.
