Facilities Engineer (Taguig)

- Support Facility Manager to oversee technical operation, including two commercial building and branches.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance work schedule to minimize breakdown or failure
- Supervise and arrangement of repair, maintenance and replacement services
- Main contact person for all technical service contractors
- Supervise repair and maintenance works of technical team and contractors
- Handle defect rectification aspects
- Housekeeping for all work document, including quotation/ tender, checklist, completion sheet, photo record ect.
- Co-ordinate with Facility Manager and Building Service Engineer to facilitate business needs
- Work with different department to fulfill customer procurement procedure & statutory requirements
