We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Development Associate who will help drive growth through client acquisition, relationship building, and market expansion.
You will be trained and expected to:
- Identify and engage potential clients and business opportunities
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies
- Conduct presentations and introduce company services to prospects
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support senior business development managers in achieving team targets
- Represent the company in meetings, seminars, and networking events
- Learn and understand financial markets and trading-related products
- With experience in sales, business development, insurance, investments, or related fields is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
- Willing to learn financial trading and investment concepts
- Comfortable doing presentations and client interactions
- Willing to travel if needed
