Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to potential clients daily
• Introduce and confidently pitch credit repair services
• Drive conversations toward lead conversion and sales opportunities
• Handle objections effectively and turn rejections into opportunities
• Qualify prospects and endorse warm leads to the next stage
• Follow scripts while maintaining a natural, persuasive approach
• Accurately record call outcomes and client interactions
• Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or outbound sales (required)
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to persuade, influence, and close
• Excellent English communication skills with a clear, neutral accent
• Confident, energetic, and professional phone presence
• Highly resilient and target-driven — comfortable handling frequent rejection
• Experience working in high-volume calling environments is a strong advantage
• Ability to follow scripts while adapting to real-time conversations
• Must be available to work full-time during EST hours
