ECOMMERCE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (with proven experience)

Work from Anywhere

Rate: PHP 500–700 per hour, depending on experience and hours worked

Pay Review: After 6 months, based on performance

Outsourcing Crew is looking for experienced Ecommerce Virtual Assistants to support online businesses across various industries. If you have a strong background in ecommerce platforms, marketing tools, and content creation, and you value reliability and quality work, this role may be a great fit.

THE ROLE

We are seeking Ecommerce Virtual Assistants with at least one year of hands-on experience supporting ecommerce clients. You will work closely with international clients and assist with daily operations, marketing support, and content-related tasks.

A minimum of one year of Virtual Assistant experience in ecommerce is required.

ABOUT YOU

Experience

At least 1 year of experience working with ecommerce clients
Proven experience using one or more of the following platforms:

Shopify

Klaviyo

Social media marketing with intermediate-level content creation

Portfolio Requirement

You must be able to share a portfolio showcasing your work, particularly in ecommerce, social media content, email marketing, or related projects

Communication
Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Able to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams

Technical Skills

Experience in some or all of the following:

Social media marketing
Email marketing
Shopify store management
Klaviyo email campaigns and flows
