About the role
F-Tech S&F (Philippines) Inc. is seeking an Accounting Staff to join our team in Santo Tomas City Batangas. This full-time role will be responsible for providing essential bookkeeping and accounting support to our small practice. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial records and reporting.
What you'll be doing- Preparing and processing invoices and other financial documents
- Maintaining accurate records of accounts payable and receivable
- Reconciling bank statements and performing regular account reconciliations
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
- Providing administrative support to the accounting and finance departments as needed
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar bookkeeping or accounting role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
