A growing organization in the food service industry is looking for a Finance and Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and cost management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor revenue, food cost, inventory, and operating expenses.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Oversee cash flow and financial controls.
- Lead and supervise the accounting team.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA is an advantage).
- 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in food service, hospitality, or retail.
- Strong financial analysis and leadership skills.
