Accounting and Finance Manager (F&B, Restaurant, Catering)

We are looking for a Accounting and Finance Manager to lead and oversee our financial operations. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and driving cost efficiency across the business.

• Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, while overseeing cash flow and overall financial performance to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, BIR regulations, and statutory requirements
• Drive cost optimization initiatives, including food costing and inventory management, while strengthening internal controls, policies, and financial processes to enhance efficiency and margins.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the accounting team to achieve high performance
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with operational goals
• Manage external relationships with auditors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role
• Strong expertise in cost accounting, financial analysis, and food costing; experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage
• Proficient in accounting systems and MS Excel; ERP system experience is a plus
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, develop, and motivate a team
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
