HR Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Officer to join our team and play a key role in reinventing and modernizing our HR processes. As part of a strategic transformation initiative, this role will support the development and implementation of innovative HR systems, policies, and practices that align with the company’s vision for growth, efficiency, and employee experience.

The ideal candidate will be both detail-oriented and forward-thinking, with a passion for organizational change and a solid understanding of HR operations.

• Assist in reviewing and mapping existing HR processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to redesign HR workflows and implement best practices.
• Support the digitization and automation of core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee data management.
• Help develop and update HR policies and procedures to align with new processes and organizational goals.
• Conduct research on modern HR trends, technologies, and tools to inform process improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate change management efforts by supporting communication, training, and engagement initiatives related to HR transformation.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
• Provide day-to-day HR support, ensuring continuity of service during the transformation period.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of core HR processes and employment legislation.
• Demonstrated interest in HR innovation and process improvement.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, change-oriented environment.
