HR Officer For

SGL08 Chemicals Corporation, a trusted supplier of raw materials and chemical products in the Philippines, serving the food , inductrial, and manufacturing sectors.

We are looking for a dynamic HR Officer to join our growing team!

Location: Sta Rita Guiguinto Bulacan

Employment Type: Full-Time

Duties:

Support recruitment, and employee relations and retention, welfare programs, evaluations and career development plans

Manage HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws, and Company's mission and values

Coordinate training and development programs

Assist in performance management and staff welfare activities

Handle employee relations and conflicts

Administer payroll, benefits and mandated contributions

Prepare reports and reviews for management

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field

4+ years HR experience

Strong communication and organizational skills

Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
