Product Specialist

Our client is looking for a PRODUCT SPECIALIST (Hybrid)

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to help design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

• Degree / Diploma in Computer Science / IT or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Possess good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, ability to work independently and as a team

• Work with business units in developing business plans to achieve company revenue goals.
• Analyse competitive marketplace and industry trends to accordingly develop business strategies for revenue generation.
• Obtain customer feedback and suggest appropriate product revisions.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams in product development activities.
• Recommend product enhancements and updates to identify new business opportunities.
• Support marketing team in developing sales and marketing strategies for profitability.
• Prepare and update product training materials.
• Conduct product and sales trainings to sales, marketing and support team.
• Conduct product and sales trainings to partners and customers.
• Assist in new product introduction and release activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide product engineering, development, management and sales solutions.
• Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work with business team to identify new customers and to retain existing customers.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic.
• Maintain complete documentations for all product related activities.
