• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Technical Consultant, ideally within the IT Distribution industry.
• Hands-on experience in managing the technical needs of Channel Account Managers and/or Product Managers.
• Expertise in specifying and supporting IT products, with a proven record of key achievements in previous roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement effective technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Highly organized with a proactive approach to handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
