Key RolesThe Junior Estimator assists the estimating team with quantity takeoffs and cost analysis for
concrete and specialty flooring projects. This position is ideal for students or early-career
professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in construction estimating within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The role offers significant opportunities for long-term career growth.
Responsibilities- Perform quantity takeoffs from project plans and drawings: Assist in measuring
- Support preparation of cost estimates: Help calculate material, labor, and equipment
- Organize and maintain pricing information: Keep track of supplier and subcontractor
- Update estimating databases and project records: Maintain accurate records for
- Assist with bid preparation and proposals: Support the team in compiling
- Collaborate with project managers and field staff: Verify project details and confirm
that estimates reflect practical construction methods.

Work Schedule:Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (12mn - 9am MNL time)
