Concrete Estimator (Pool Construction) | Part-Time | Remote | Australian Client

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Concrete Estimator with exposure to swimming pool construction projects to join our growing team. This is a remote, part-time position supporting an Australian client.

The ideal candidate will have experience reviewing pool construction drawings, performing quantity take-offs, and preparing accurate cost estimates for concrete and pool-related works. Experience with Australian residential or commercial pool projects is highly preferred.

• Refer to client requirements and project scope.
• Review and interpret pool construction drawings and documentation.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates as required by the client.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders when necessary.
• Deliver estimates accurately and within required timeframes.
• Support project requirements and estimating tasks assigned by the client.

• Proven experience as a Concrete Estimator, Pool Estimator, or Construction Estimator.
• Strong understanding of swimming pool construction and concrete works.
• Ability to read and interpret pool construction drawings, sections, details, and specifications.
• Experience preparing quantity take-offs and cost estimates for pool-related projects.
• Proficiency in Planswift, Bluebeam, CostX, Cubit, or similar estimating software.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Australian construction project experience is highly preferred.
