An OSP (Outside Plant) Designer at FiberHome is responsible for planning, designing, and documenting telecommunications infrastructure, such as fiber optic and copper networks, outside of buildings.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related field. Licensed Engineer (PRC Registered) is an advantage.
2. Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD, Visio, Google Earth, QGIS, or similar tools.
3. Knowledgeable in Fiber Optic Design, FTTH (Fiber to the Home), FTTx architecture, and outside plant (OSP) design.
4. Familiar with NTC regulations, telco standards, and construction protocols.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
7. Can work under pressure and handle multiple projects
