UI/UX Designer

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The UI/UX Designer focuses on creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences by

blending usability, accessibility, and visual design.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Conduct user research and usability testing

 Create personas, user journeys, and wireframes

 Design high-fidelity UI mockups and interactive prototypes

 Collaborate with product, business, and development teams

 Ensure designs adhere to accessibility and brand standards

 Iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics

 Maintain and contribute to design systems

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or

related field.

Required Skills and Qualifications

 Strong UX research and UI design skills

 Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)

 Understanding of usability and accessibility principles

 Ability to translate complex requirements into simple designs

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

 Experience designing web and mobile applications

 Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics

 Background in human-centered design or psychology
