OIL DEPOT - TERMINAL MANAGER
Location: Balud, San Fernando, CebuEmployment Type: Full-time
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oil Depot Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical expertise in the construction, operation, and maintenance of an oil depot — from planning to execution until full operational stage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring alignment with the project schedule and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and ensure full compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, such as daily logs, inspection reports, material certifications, and project records.
- Initiate, execute, and ensure the completion of maintenance and housekeeping programs within the Terminal/Depot.
- Supervise and ensure the safe and proper execution of incoming and outgoing product movement activities.
- Monitor and analyze vessel and storage tank performance, providing recommendations to prevent operational variances.
- Ensure the safekeeping and regular updating of Terminal/Depot-related documents, including statutory permits, licenses, calibration certificates, correspondences, plans, and layouts.
- Collaborate with relevant departments regarding product quality, safety standards, tank truck requirements, and engineering projects.
- Promote and enforce operational excellence, safety compliance, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or any related field) or equivalent work experience in Oil Depot Operations/Management.
- Proven experience in depot management, construction, operations, and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards, environmental policies, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze operational performance and implement preventive measures to optimize productivity.
- Strong technical expertise in product movement, storage tank operations, and maintenance programs.
