Homemaker Furniture Corporation is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee sales operations across Cebu and Luzon. The role will cover branches in Mandaue and Minglanilla (Cebu), as well as Quezon City, Parañaque, and Pampanga (Luzon), with the position based in Mandaue.The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading daily sales operations, driving team performance, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while upholding excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage overall sales operations across all branches nationwide
- Lead, coach, and supervise Sales Supervisors and branch sales teams
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Monitor, analyze, and consolidate sales performance reports from all locations
- Conduct sales forecasting and set realistic, data-driven targets
- Drive business development initiatives and identify growth opportunities
- Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service across branches
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of managerial experience in retail
- Strong leadership and sales management skills
- Proven ability to coach and motivate a sales team
- Customer-focused with good communication skills
