About the role
New Marketlink Pharmaceutical Corporation is seeking two experienced District Sales Managers - one for the North Luzon region and one for the Visayas region. As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to drive sales and execute marketing strategies within your assigned territory.This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pasig City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for your assigned territory
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of sales representatives
- Monitor and analyse sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local marketing campaigns
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and healthcare providers
- Provide regular progress reports and recommendations to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or sales management
- Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating sales teams to achieve targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in data analysis and using sales performance metrics to drive decision-making
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory environment
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
