About the role

New Marketlink Pharmaceutical Corporation is seeking two experienced District Sales Managers - one for the North Luzon region and one for the Visayas region. As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to drive sales and execute marketing strategies within your assigned territory.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pasig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing
  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for your assigned territory
  2. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of sales representatives
  3. Monitor and analyse sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local marketing campaigns
  5. Maintain strong relationships with key customers and healthcare providers
  6. Provide regular progress reports and recommendations to senior management
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
What we're looking for
  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or sales management
  2. Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating sales teams to achieve targets
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  4. Proficient in data analysis and using sales performance metrics to drive decision-making
  5. Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory environment
  6. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
