Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor - Opol, CDO

Job Summary

The role leads warehouse and logistics personnel, maintains operational standards, and ensures compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of products.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Monitor proper storage, handling, and organization of lubricants, tires, and other products.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.

• Plan, monitor, and supervise daily delivery schedules and distribution activities.
• Ensure customer orders are delivered accurately, safely, and on time.
• Supervise drivers, helpers, and logistics personnel to achieve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate loading and unloading activities while ensuring proper handling of products.
• Manage delivery documentation, including delivery receipts, trip tickets, and proof of delivery.
• Coordinate with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers whenever necessary.

• Monitor the condition, cleanliness, and roadworthiness of company delivery trucks.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, registration renewals, and other fleet requirements.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company safety policies.

• Lead, coach, and evaluate warehouse and logistics personnel.
• Prepare operational reports on inventory, warehouse performance, delivery status, fleet utilization, and logistics KPIs.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues, inventory discrepancies, delivery concerns, and customer complaints.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience in warehouse, logistics, transportation, distribution, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in the FMCG, automotive, lubricants, tires, or distribution industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, transportation planning, fleet management, and distribution operations.
• Knowledgeable in Third-Party Logistics (3PL) operations and coordination.
• Familiar with truck maintenance coordination, logistics documentation, and warehouse safety standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel. Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and lead a high-performing operations team.
• Willing to be assigned in Cagayan de Oro City.
