Posted on 26 June 2026Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control
Oversee logistics scheduling to ensure timely deliveries to retail outlets, distributors, and key accountsMonitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking
Ensure compliance with FMCG standards for product handling, storage, and distribution
Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal sales teams for smooth operations
Prepare logistics and warehouse reports for management review
Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements in warehouse and logistics functions
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations, preferably in FMCG
Strong knowledge of inventory systems, warehouse procedures, and transport coordination
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/WMS systems is an advantage
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational targets

- willing to work overtime we needed, must flexible and willing to handle multiple tasks with good communication and coordination skill
- preferably with experience in logistic/warehouse operation is advantage
- Applicants must have strong organizational skill, attention to details, and the ability to coordinate effectively with different departments. Experience in Warehouse management, Inventory control and logistic operation is highly preferred
