- Achieving monthly, half year and yearly sales objectives related to Commercial Farms clients.
- Regular field work, organizing customer seminars, exhibitions, in farm services as designed by company
- Plan and execute budget and resources to achieve sales, market share and EBIT objectives by leading and cooperating with marketing, sales and development functions of the Distributor.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales activities with Distributor to differentiate product offers to achieve customer satisfaction with defined market solutions.
- Drive and ensure the company's strategic direction is aligned with the demand creation initiatives of the Distributor to achieve a high-performance field environment.
- Conduct on-field trials, clinical efficacy testings, and proof-of-concept studies for existing and new products.
- Assist in the preparation of plans for the launch of new products (eg. market analysis, customer identification, segmentation and developing communication modules as well as brochures).
- Participate in training and coaching distributor’s sales team on in-depth product knowledge and use of Virbac-developed digital applications, platforms and tools.
- Coordinate the identification, development, and delivery of client-focused, analytical solutions through direct interaction and consultation with Virbac team, distributors and key opinion leaders.
- Assist in developing marketing inputs and campaigns.
- Implement plans, strategies and policies of the company.
- Reports regularly to supervisors and provide feedback about business operations, market and activities.
