- 5-8 years of experience in Sales, Commercial Excellence, or Business Insights roles, preferably in Animal Health, Pharma, or Healthcare
- Strong background in CRM systems, data analytics, and sales enablement tools
- Excellent project management and strategic planning skills
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and ability to influence across functions
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP
