The Opportunity

At Top Alliance, we are seeking passionate individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to provide email support to our valued customers. This is a full-time, remote-based role, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Urdaneta Makati City Metro Manila.

1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email in a timely and professional manner
2. Provide accurate information and effective troubleshooting to resolve customer issues
3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
5. Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
6. Contribute to the development of customer service processes and best practices

1. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries
3. Proficient in using email, CRM, and other customer service software
4. Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service in a call centre or email support environment
5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
