We are seeking a licensed and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. The OT will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing intervention programs to support clients in achieving independence in daily living, work, and social participation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs
• Implement evidence-based intervention strategies
• Monitor and document client progress
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (e.g., SLPs, PTs, physicians, educators)
• Provide caregiver and family education
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with standards

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Licensed Occupational Therapist (PRC)
• With or without experience (new board passers are welcome to apply)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
