Build relationships with local and foreign investors, offering personalized consultation in English,Hindi, and Urdu/Pakistani.
To conduct site tripping in local and abroad open houses, and virtual tours to showcase project features.
Negotiate terms, prepare offers, and facilitate the closing process.
Maintain updated knowledge on market trends, property valuations, and investment potential.
Qualifications/Requirements
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the realty services.Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools.
Familiarity with international marketing practices and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle cross-cultural business environments.
Strong analytical and project management abilities.
