Marketing Assistant

The Marketing Assistant supports the overall marketing operations of CLIFSA by assisting in campaign execution, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The role helps strengthen CLIFSA’s presence, promote CLIMBS and its insurance services, and provide essential support to the National Marketing Manager and field personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with GAMS, BDS, and satellite/admin teams regarding marketing needs, materials, and schedules.
• Prepare marketing content, presentations, and simple layouts for announcements, events, and social media.
• Help manage CLIFSA’s social media pages, including posting updates, monitoring comments/messages, and tracking engagement.
• Maintain and update marketing files, reports, and databases.
• Assist in organizing company events, assemblies, training sessions, and product orientations.
• Ensure adequate supply and distribution of marketing materials
• Support the preparation of documentation, reports, and analytics for campaigns and activities.
• Perform other administrative and marketing-support tasks as assigned.
