Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communication, or related field
  • Proven experience as Executive Assistant, Administrative Staff, or Event Organizer is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to work flexible hours during events or company activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements of executives.
  • Handle confidential documents and company information.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, venues, caterers, and other event partners.
  • Ensure proper documentation and post event reporting.
  • Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management.
