Are you a seasoned sales leader with a passion for tech and a proven record in SaaS and IT consulting? Nezda is looking for a Business Development Manager to support one of our US clients. This role is perfect for someone with strategic vision, operational discipline, and a hunger to drive business growth.

  • ????????????????:
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans focused on the SaaS, CCaaS, and IT consulting verticals.
  • Own the full sales lifecycle: from lead generation, prospecting, and pitching to negotiation, contracting, and after-sales support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Deliver tailored tech/product demonstrations that address client-specific needs and business goals.
  • Manage and ensure CRM data integrity, pipeline accuracy, and sales forecasting.

??????????????:

  • At least 5 years of experience in business development and B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, CCaaS, VoIP, or IT consulting.
  • Strong experience in Sales Operations, CRM Strategy, and Pipeline Management.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding revenue targets and driving client retention.
  • Proven experience in account management, procurement processes, and technical sales support.
  • Confident in delivering product demos and presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with industries such as BPO, Tech, and SaaS is a strong advantage.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
