Product specialist barista (la marzocco coffee machine)

• Preparing a variety of coffee-based beverages, such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, and mocha, to the highest standards
• Familiarize with High end Italian coffee machine preferably LA MARZOCCO
• Knowledgeable to do PMS
• Providing friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons
• Assisting with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed
• Staying up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques to improve the cafe's offerings continuously
• Collaborating with the wider team to support the overall operations of the cafe

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar coffee-making role using exclusively La Marzocco coffee machine
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation methods, equipment, and different coffee varieties
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing a high-quality experience
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills are required to collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and improving coffee-making skills
• with selling experience
