Customer Service Representative – Banking Account (US Bank)

Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to support the US Bank Branded Cards program. The role involves handling inbound customer calls related to banking concerns, ensuring accurate resolution of inquiries while delivering excellent customer service.

You will be part of a dynamic BPO environment supporting financial services customers, assisting them with account-related concerns such as billing, transactions, and general banking inquiries.

• Handle inbound calls for banking and credit card customer concerns
• Assist customers with account inquiries, billing issues, and transactions
• Provide accurate information based on bank policies and procedures
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
• Ensure compliance with quality and security standards
• Deliver excellent customer service experience at all times.

• At least High School / Senior High School graduate
• Minimum 3 months BPO (voice) experience required
• Open to candidates with 1 to 5+ years BPO experience (advantage per tier)
• Willing to work on shifting schedules / graveyard shift
• Good communication skills in English (oral and written)
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work in a voice banking account environment
