We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.
Skills and Qualifications- 6 months to 1 year of proven customer support experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication ability including active listening, conflict resolution and customer empathy
- Candidate can perform assigned tasks and projects quickly, accurately and expert!
- Willing to work ASAP
- Willing to work on site in BGC, Taguig City
- 1-2 years of proven customer support experience
