About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fairview Quezon City Metro Manila. As an Ecommerce Account Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our growing e-commerce client base.

What you'll be doing
  1. Handling inbound customer inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  2. Providing product information and answering customer questions
  3. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
  4. Identifying and escalating any complex or unresolved customer issues
  5. Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
  6. Adhering to established service level agreements and key performance indicators
  7. Continuously seeking ways to improve the customer experience
What we're looking for
  1. at least HS/SHS grad, with Excellent communication skills, with or without customer service experience, preferably in an e-commerce or call centre environment
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  3. Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  4. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order management systems
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  7. Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics
