Remedial Accounts Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remedial Accounts Assistant I to support the processing of Cash Surrender Value (CSV) requests. The role involves computing CSV entitlements in accordance with the Maceda Law, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal departments, and assisting clients with inquiries and documentation requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in any business-related course or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in data management, customer service, or administrative work is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage records accurately.

• Process and compute Cash Surrender Value (CSV) accurately and in compliance with the Maceda Law.
• Assist clients by explaining CSV computations, requirements, and claim procedures.
• Maintain accurate customer records, monitoring reports, and filing systems.
• Coordinate with Treasury, Accounting, and Credit & Collection teams to ensure timely processing of requests.
• Prepare and coordinate the sending of notices and letters to qualified clients.
• Ensure data accuracy and proper document management to support operational efficiency.
