• Managing PO activities like PO creation, PO maintenance, Single Payment Request (SPR), POE upload etc.
• Formalize all required documents (SOW, JMA, Sponsorship agreement, change order form) Secure Legal (CELA) approval with the respective team.
• PO Process/maintenance in in house tool Microsoft tool MyOrder, CIM, Payment Central.
• Vendor Creation and Enrollment.
• SSPA(Microsoft) enrollment of vendors.
• Follow up Finance with PO Accrual processing.
• Process post PO submission works like documenting Proof of Execution (POE), Invoice Submission (MS Invoice), Invoice Follow Up.
• PO Creation, Sourcing review, PO with and Without PII When create PO without any complicacy like Contract making, PII, 3PP, MDF or GOs.
• To work on Single Payment Request (SPR), Contract Processing, Business Approver, Post PO Maintenance, taking care of Company Code, Category and Supplier in P2P tool.
• To work on MS Invoice Tool, POE Upload.

• Preferably with 1 to 3 years of experience in a PO management analyst role with increasing responsibility.
• Can Read, Write, and Speak Vietnamese fluently
• Preferably B2 Equivalent or Intermediate Language Level
• Preferably has knowledge in MS Excel / Spreadsheet
• Understanding of Marketing operations and end to end PO cycle.
• Degree in business administration or a related field.
• Experience as a Purchase order analyst or in a similar position.
• Deep knowledge of PO management process.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently.
