What You'll Do:
- Gather and document business requirements
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and other teams
- Translate requirements into clear, actionable specifications
- Support testing and ensure quality delivery
- Provide insights through data analysis
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence is a plus
- Background in mobile apps, banking, or e-wallets is a plus
