About the role
As a Quality Assurance Analyst Micro Analyst at New Flavor House, Inc.', you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality and safety standards of our food production processes and end products. This full-time position is based in our Potrero Malabon City Metro Manila facility, where you will be responsible for conducting detailed inspections and analyses to identify and resolve any quality issues.
What you'll be doing- Performing systematic inspections of raw materials, packaging, and finished products to verify compliance with established quality standards
- Conducting microbiological and chemical analyses to assess product quality and safety
- Documenting and reporting all findings, and recommending corrective actions to address any non-conformances
- Collaborating with production teams to implement quality control processes and procedures
- Maintaining detailed records and logs of all quality assurance activities
- Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices
- Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and standards, and ensuring the company's compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field
- With at least two (2) experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or Micro Analyst in the food manufacturing industry
- Proficient in conducting microbiological and chemical analyses, and interpreting test results
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve quality issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with production teams and report findings
- Knowledge of relevant food safety regulations and quality management systems
