Project Manager
About the role
As a Project Manager at CHEK TECHNOLOGIES INC., you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex technology projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bridges Town Square, Plaridel St.Alang-Alang Mandaue City, Cebu.
Open for fresh graduates.
What you'll be doing- Plan, manage, and oversee project activities.
- Coordinate and oversee the work of cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and subject matter experts
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and implement appropriate contingency plans
- Effectively communicate project status, progress, and any changes to key stakeholders
- Ensure project deliverables meet the agreed-upon requirements and quality standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and execute project plans, manage budgets, and track milestones
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget
