The Project Manager will be the overall responsible in the project implementation, effective and efficient management of the project. He will set the phase of the project and ensure compliance in terms of schedules, quality, quantity and standard in accordance to the budget set to complete the entire project.The Project manager primary role is to ensure efficient and effective coordination between Owner Project Management Team and Several independent structural, Architectural, MEPF contractors.
The Basic Qualifications are as follows:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Managing projects from structural to basic architectural
- Sufficient knowledge and exposure on construction work practices, standards and methodology
- Civil engineer by profession. Other engineers are also welcome as long as the field of experience surpasses the above credentials.
- Superb leadership, managerial skills and keen to budget base management
- Ability to work under pressure and can work w/ less supervision
- Proven working experience in construction management
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Understanding of all facets of the construction process
- Familiarity with construction management software packages
- Ability to plan and see the “big picture”
- Competent in conflict and crisis management
- Leadership and human resources management skills
