Project Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering software and digital projects from planning to execution.

This role requires someone who can balance client communication, internal coordination, project execution, and operational oversight while ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables stay aligned.

You will work closely with developers, designers, QA, clients, and leadership teams to drive projects forward, remove blockers, and maintain clear communication across all stages of development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project execution across multiple software and digital initiatives
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and client/s to ensure timely delivery of tasks and milestones
• Create and maintain project timelines, sprint plans, and task priorities
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and status meetings
• Monitor project risks, blockers, and dependencies, and proactively drive resolutions
• Ensure clear communication between internal teams and external clients or stakeholders
• Track project progress, resource allocation, and team workload capacity
• Maintain organized project documentation, reports, and meeting notes
• Help improve operational workflows, delivery processes, and team collaboration practices
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, business requirements, and agreed timelines
• Support leadership in project planning, forecasting, and execution strategies

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing software development or digital projects
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and client management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms
• Ability to identify risks, resolve blockers, and maintain project momentum
• Strong attention to detail and execution follow-through
• Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments
• Cebu-based or willing to relocate

Nice to Have (Optional):

• Background in software development or technical project environments
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams
• Familiarity with product development lifecycles and release management
• Exposure to UI/UX workflows and QA processes
• Experience handling client-facing communication and presentations
• Knowledge of resource planning, budgeting, or operational reporting
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile-related certifications
• Experience with automation and productivity tools (e.g., Make.com, Google Workspace integrations)
